LOCAL ARTS AND CREATIVITY CONFERENCE

Everyone involved in the arts, creativity, and community - which means everyone who cares about Wisconsin’s future - is invited to join colleagues and friends from throughout Wisconsin, to discuss and celebrate opportunities and actions for growth and sustainability, at the Wisconsin Local Arts and Creativity Conference on Monday, March 31, in Madison (specific location TBA). Registration will open after 1-1-2025.   

The Conference, held each year on the day before Create Wisconsin Day, together leaders involved in the arts, business, economic development, education, government, and politics, to share stories, issues, and ideas on how to grow the region creatively and help creative people, businesses and communities flourish. In the post-pandemic world collaboration, community, transformation and opportunities ahead.

Create Wisconsin is Wisconsin's independent community cultural development organization, a statewide catalyst and coalition activating and strengthening Wisconsin as a vibrant, equitable, creative powerhouse locally and globally.

Agenda (draft and subject to change) will include:

  • Time for networking, idea-sharing, and artmaking

  • Collaboration, Community, and Creativity presentations and panels

  • Resources for Creative Investment:  presentations and discussion

  • Discussions about assets, opportunities, and actions.

There will be plenty of time to share events, questions, ideas, and possibilities with one another. Snacks and materials are included in the $20 registration fee. Registration will open after January 1, 2025.
